The SundaePC comes with a 1-year limited warranty. We will repair or replace any defective computer or component; or have you return the computer for a full refund.
HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM
Have a broken product? Let's get it resolved. Here are the steps:
- Contact us with a description of the problem. Be sure to include the following information:
- Date of purchase
- Email address used to make the purchase
- Order number
- Serial number. This 12-digit number can be found on the bottom of your product and retail box.
- We will send you an email with return shipping instructions.
- Make sure your returned item is well protected, so it is not damaged during transit.
- Back up your data before shipping. SundaePC is not responsible for the loss of data during servicing.
- Send in your SundaePC product. Please allow up to 5 business days from delivery for us to inspect your product.
- Receive your repaired or replacement product.
